Shipping :

Delivery Charge is £4.99 for UK Mainland only and includes all necessary packaging for the safe arrival of your order. Addresses north of Aberdeen, islands and Northern and Southern Ireland will incur an extra. Please contact us for a shipping quotation for deliveries outside UK, prior to buying. Shipping can also be arranged for most European Countries

Delivery:

We are committed to your satisfaction; we inspect every item prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches our own high standard of quality, and that you receive the item as described. If you are unsure about the quality of our products or our integrity, then please take the time to read our feedback. We normally despatch items 2-3 working days after cleared payments (Unless otherwise stated). Goods are despatched using reliable courior companys who are insured for damages. Most items are delivered 1 - 3 business days after despatch. However, some deliveries can take up to 7-10 working days for goods to be delivered. This timescales is usually for bulky goods such as sofa suites, beds, Lighting etc.

Please note:

Signature will be required on all parcels (international and national) confirming that goods have arrived in satisfactory condition or otherwise marked unchecked. In the event your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you may reject the delivery and have another one sent out, or notify us within 24hrs of receipt of damaged item; so we can arrange a replacement to be sent out. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and someone is at the premises to take the delivery. If the customer can not be contacted to arrange delivery once the goods have been despatched, the customer is liable to cover the cost of the delivery out and back from the delivery address. WEEKEND DELIVERIES: This service is available at a premium; please request a quotation prior to placing order.

Refunds & Returns:

We can only accept refunds if the goods are returned at the buyers cost, in its original packaging and condition for resale. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the item less postage cost ranging from £4.99 to Whatever paid (depending on the item). If the customer wishes to cancel their order once the goods have been despatched, they are liable to pay for the delivery out and back from the delivery address, which could be in the region of £4.99 to whatever paid for the delivery
